If you decide not to proceed with testing, a refund may be requested within 30 days from the date of order in accordance to the policies set out below.
If the order is cancelled before the test kit has been shipped, the total amount will be refunded less an administration fee of NZ$70. Once the test kit has been shipped, a 50% refund (less any shipping fees) will be applied to the unused kit, minus the shipping fee.
Once the sample has been collected and testing begins, the full cost of the test is absolutely non-refundable.
All refund requests must be accompanied by a completed copy of the Refund Request Form.
